The Audiovox SIR-BB3 Sirius Satellite Radio Boombox is a wonderful alternative to the Audiovox home shuttle docking station. With the boombox, you can take the Sirius Radio Shuttle anywhere you want. You are not locked into your home stereo. It is convenient to take to the beach or on a picnic.It operates on house current (for in home use) or batteries for outside use. The boombox has a very nice sound to it, even though there aren't any bass or treble controls. The speaker seperation is very good.
